Holidays Residence in Ile-Rousse

It is at the heart of Ile-Rousse, a city founded in 1759 by Pasquale Paoli, that has been created in 2017, the residence Saletta. Located between the old town of Ile-Rousse and the archipelago - where you can find the famous island of La Pietra -, the residence Saletta owes its name to the very first island of the archipelago, that connects the land to the islands.

The geographic location is ideal for holidays in Corsica. The three beaches of Ile-Rousse are at a short walking distance. At less than a minute away, you will discover the old town, entirely stone paved : a charming area where you can find several shops, restaurants, and also a historical market place.

These gorgeous and typical streets will lead you as far as the Paoli square, where a bust statue of Pascal Paoli stands proudly, the father of the corsican nation.

Dominating one of the most beautiful gulfs of the Mediterranean sea, in the north west of Corsica and at the heart of the Balagne region, Ile-Rousse is a must-see, a small town combining on one hand, a festive atmosphere and on the other, a very relaxing ambience for the entire family.

As soon as you will arrive, you will be seduced by the Paoli Square, and its friendly area. You will easily agree for a break, on a sunny terrace, or either, enjoy a sun bath on a bench, recalling sweet memories. And if your wish is to find an activity for your afternoon, a short walk to the pétanque ground could also be a possibility to share a few words with inhabitants. Ile-Rousse, it is also three beaches of fine sand.

Everyone will enjoy this perfect landscape. Several activities are available as well : sailing club, jet-ski, tubing (for the most sporty !), sun baths and sun tanning for the sun lovers, and of course, for the younger ones, a soft and smooth sand to make incredible castles and tell fantastic tales about it…
